Our Services
Prevention Education
Our community outreach shares helpful information about gambling, early warning signs, and available support. Culturally responsive workshops offer general gambling awareness with age-appropriate topics and activities such as video gaming and gambling for youth and culturally relevant activities like mahjong.
Gambling Treatment
Free, confidential counseling is available for individuals and families affected by gambling. Services are provided in a supportive, non-judgmental environment and are tailored to each person’s goals, whether you want to quit gambling or continue while reducing harm. Help is available in English or Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program Registration
If gambling is becoming a concern, Illinois offers a free and confidential Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program that helps limit access to casinos, video gaming, and sports betting. Our counselors are available to talk through the process and help you or a loved one enroll, with no pressure.
